For independent dental practices

A better first visit starts online.

Clear treatment information. Simple appointment requests. A front desk with the details it needs to confirm the next step.
A clearer customer journeyFrom first enquiry to confirmed appointment

01 / The business problem

Nobody is slacking. The phone rings when the desk is busiest.

Where a clearer website and enquiry path can help.
01

Patients call at the busiest moments

People ring before work, at lunch and after school, which are often the front desk's busiest times too. Some leave a voicemail. Some try the next practice.

02

New patients cannot find the basics

Are you taking new patients? How do payment, insurance or plans work? What happens at a first visit? If the site does not say, the only way to find out is to call and wait.

03

Treatment plans and recalls go quiet

A patient leaves with a treatment plan to think over, or a recall comes due. Without a named owner, the follow-up waits until someone happens to remember.

02 / What changes

An easier way to ask. A clearer list for the front desk.

01

The answers new patients look for

Whether you are taking new patients, how payment and insurance work at your practice, and what a first visit involves, in plain language your team approves.

02

Appointment requests that arrive ready

Name, how they prefer to be contacted, the reason for the visit in their own words, and which days work. The front desk confirms the time. Nothing is booked until someone checks the schedule.

03

Who follows up, and by when

Open treatment plans, recalls and unanswered requests each carry a name and a date, instead of living on a sticky note.

03 / Start smaller

Find the three things worth fixing before you buy software.

  1. What a customer sees before they call.
  2. Who answers, who quotes, and who follows up.
  3. The smallest thing worth changing first.

04 / Practical questions

Build only what the work actually needs.

Will the website give dental advice?

No. It can explain the services you offer and what to expect, and point urgent problems to the route you choose. Diagnosis, treatment options and how urgent something is are decided by your clinical team.

Will this replace our practice management software?

Usually not. Most practices already run software for the schedule and patient records. We look at where patients fall out of touch around it and propose the smallest useful change. We work from fictional or anonymized examples, never patient records.

Can you promise more new patients?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. New patients depend on your location, availability, pricing and how quickly the desk replies. We make the first request easier to send and the follow-up easier to see, then check how it gets used.

EXAMPLE TO WALK THROUGH

Follow one request.

A new patient asks for a first check-up. Check that the front desk receives a clear request and contact preference, then confirms the time before the patient is told it is booked.

WHAT TO BRING

Three useful starting points.

  • Your new-patient pages and current booking steps.
  • A fictional new-patient journey with no patient or clinical records.
  • Who confirms appointments, sends recalls and follows up on treatment plans.

Use public links and anonymized or fictional examples.
