Moxisync collects only the information needed to respond to project inquiries, prepare requested workflow reviews, and coordinate an optional conversation.
1. Information submitted
When you use a project or audit form, you may provide:
- Contact information: name and email address.
- Business context: business type, website or relevant link, and the problem you want reviewed.
- Project context: notes about users, tools, workflow friction, or the product you are considering.
The form may include campaign labels, the landing-page path, and the referring site’s origin. We retain this attribution in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes so it is not lost as you navigate. Full referral URLs and arbitrary query parameters are not included in the enquiry attribution.
2. How information is used
Moxisync uses submitted information to:
- respond to the request and prepare relevant questions or review notes;
- send a confirmation and coordinate an optional Cal.com booking;
- understand which public resources or referral paths lead to project conversations; and
- maintain reasonable records of the inquiry and any resulting working relationship.
3. Service providers
Submitted form data is sent through Brevo for email delivery. If you choose to book a time, Cal.com processes the scheduling details you provide there. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data needed to operate the website. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.
Moxisync does not sell submitted contact or project information.
Website analytics and optional chat
When configured, Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It measures public page visits, selected actions such as opening the booking calendar, and page performance. Google may process device and connection information and use analytics cookies. We do not enable advertising signals or send form contents, email addresses, message text, URL query strings, or full referral URLs in our analytics events. These measurements do not identify visitors as people in our prospect database.
You can decline analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences. Declining does not affect booking. We also respect your browser’s Do Not Track setting. Local booking previews and private operations pages are excluded from our tracking. If Google Analytics is not configured, an existing Plausible installation may measure public page visits without our Google Analytics tag.
If you choose the chat option, Chatwoot loads to handle your conversation and may use browser storage to keep that conversation available. It is not loaded by the contact button until you ask to start chat. You can use email instead.
Booking and enquiry delivery events may be retained in a private notification queue to help us respond and detect delivery problems. Completed notification events are removed after 90 days during queue processing; pending failures remain until resolved. This queue does not contain your message text or email address.
4. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Moxisync uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and the services, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations. You may also choose not to book a call after submitting a workflow review request.
