Moxisync collects only the information needed to respond to project inquiries, prepare requested workflow reviews, and coordinate an optional conversation.
1. Information submitted
When you use a project or audit form, you may provide:
- Contact information: name and work email address.
- Business context: business type, website or relevant link, and the problem you want reviewed.
- Project context: notes about users, tools, workflow friction, or the product you are considering.
The form may also include basic attribution information from the current URL, such as campaign parameters and the referring page, when that information is available in the browser.
2. How information is used
Moxisync uses submitted information to:
- respond to the request and prepare relevant questions or review notes;
- send a confirmation and coordinate an optional Cal.com booking;
- understand which public resources or referral paths lead to project conversations; and
- maintain reasonable records of the inquiry and any resulting working relationship.
3. Service providers
Submitted form data is sent through Brevo for email delivery. If you choose to book a time, Cal.com processes the scheduling details you provide there. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data needed to operate the website. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.
Moxisync does not sell submitted contact or project information.
4. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Moxisync uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and the services, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
5. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations. You may also choose not to book a call after submitting a workflow review request.
