For owner-led landscaping companies

Turn the spring rush into a clear quote list.

Show the work you take on. Help property owners share the job, space and timing before your estimator makes the trip.
A clearer customer journeyQuote request to signed job

01 / The business problem

Nobody is slacking. The crews are out when the requests come in.

Where a clearer website and enquiry path can help.
01

The request just says: garden quote

It does not say whether it is weekly mowing, a new patio or a full redesign, how big the space is, or when they want it done. The callback or site visit starts from nothing.

02

The busy weeks bury the enquiries

The weeks that bring the most requests are the same weeks every crew is out on jobs. Messages wait until evening, and some people will not wait that long.

03

Maintenance contracts lapse quietly

Last year's maintenance customers, the design quote sent in March, the job they wanted once the fence went in. Nobody owns the reminder, so the next season starts from scratch.

02 / What changes

A request you can quote from. A season you can see.

01

A request you can price from

The type of work, rough size, photos, access, a budget range if they will share one, and when they hope to start. Enough to know whether a site visit is worth the drive.

02

Clear about what you take on

Show the work you do, the areas you cover and what a quote visit involves, so the requests that arrive are ones that fit the business.

03

Renewals and open quotes in one list

Seasonal contracts, design quotes and promised follow-up visits each carry a name and a date, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

03 / Start smaller

Find the three things worth fixing before you buy software.

  1. What a customer sees before they call.
  2. Who answers, who quotes, and who follows up.
  3. The smallest thing worth changing first.

04 / Practical questions

Build only what the work actually needs.

Do we just need a portfolio website?

Photos of your real work help people picture the job, if you have them. We will not present stock photos as your projects. The part worth looking at is what happens after someone likes what they see.

Do we have to change our scheduling software?

Not usually. We start with what the office and crews already use. Sometimes the fix is a clearer quote form. Sometimes it is one small connection between tools you already pay for.

Can you promise a full schedule?

No. Weather, pricing, crew size and how quickly you reply move that more than a website does. We make the request clearer and the follow-up visible, then see whether it helps.

Make the review practical.

Start with one journey and the information you already have.

EXAMPLE TO WALK THROUGH

Follow one request.

A property owner requests a quote for a new patio and planting. Walk through what the estimator receives before the site visit, who sends the written quote and who follows up if it goes quiet.

WHAT TO BRING

Three useful starting points.

  • Your current website and quote-request form.
  • An anonymized quote request, ideally one that needed a site visit.
  • How seasonal contracts and open quotes are tracked today.

Use public links and anonymized or fictional examples.
