1. Public resources and reviews
Checklists, concept studies, recreated interfaces, and preliminary workflow reviews are provided for general informational and discussion purposes. They are not a guarantee of technical, operational, financial, legal, medical, or marketing results.
A review may rely on public pages and the context you provide. It may not identify every issue, and recommendations can change when users, data, integrations, constraints, or the underlying workflow are examined directly.
2. Concepts and recreated systems
Work labelled as a concept, prototype, study, or recreated system demonstrates design and product thinking. It should not be interpreted as commissioned client work, a live production service, or evidence of a client outcome unless the page explicitly says otherwise.
3. No project is formed by website use
Submitting a form, receiving review notes, or having an introductory call does not create a paid services engagement. Delivery scope, responsibilities, fees, schedules, intellectual property, confidentiality, and warranties are defined in a separate written agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, misrepresent your identity or authority, or reuse site content in a way that infringes applicable rights.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Moxisync name, original site copy, interface designs, illustrations, and public studies are owned by Moxisync or used under applicable permission. These terms do not grant a license to reproduce or sell them.
6. Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Moxisync is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of public site content or an informational preliminary review.
7. Changes and contact
